Notice of Personal Information Gathering:
Paytrack will collect the user's personal data through each individual user, and data will be exclusively retained and retrieved by use of the application for registration purposes only. This data will be kept as long as the application is in use by the user.
User Permission:
Upon installation and setup of the application, the user gives permission to store personal data when registering with our services. Required personal data for this process includes user's email address and a personally selected password.
Credit card information used to purchase the application is handled under the provisions of Apple's Term & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Change/Deletion of Personal Data:
At any time, users may withdraw their personal data stored by uninstalling the Paytrack application via their mobile device/App store's uninstallation process or by contacting us directly with the request at support@paytrackapp.com.
Third-Parties:
Paytrack, as an entity, will not solicit or sell user's personal data to any Third-Parties. All information will be stored securely, and only be used as described above.
Firebase is integrated within the app, and it’s used to maintain data in their servers. Google Analytics for Firebase may collect data to analyze usage and other features. To read about their privacy policies and how they collect and use data please go to this link.

Location Services:
Paytrack does not collect information about your device's geographical location.
Terms & Conditions for Paytrack
By utilizing Paytrack, the user acknowledges the following:
Paytrack is for calculation purposes only, not as an exclusive means to verify income from the employer. Paytrack is not intended to be a replacement for personal audits of income.
The user is fully responsible for ensuring data and values are updated appropriately and entirely on a continual basis; Failure to do so may cause miscalculations.
Final calculations generated within Paytrack are not guaranteed to be a direct reflection of the user's actual income; Other occurrences may affect the user's actual income such as, but not limited to: the user's own individualized deductions, credit card submissions, the procedure by crew pay department, etc.
In no event will Paytrack or its Developers/Employees be liable for misinterpretation of calculations set forth from the application in comparison to actual pay from user's employer.
ALL ACCESS Subscription:
Paytrack offers two options for the ALL ACCESS Subscription.
- Month Subscription automatically renewed until canceled.
- Year Subscription automatically renewed until canceled.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period.
Your iTunes account will be automatically charged at the same price for renewal within the 24-hour period prior to the end of the current payment period unless you change your subscription preferences in your Account Settings. If there are any changes to the prices, an e-mail will be sent informing of this changes, and the user can opt out if they do not wish to continue with the service.
You can manage your subscriptions through your Account Settings after purchase. To do this go to your Account Settings in the iPhone settings then click iTunes & App Store and select your Apple ID.
With the use of Paytrack, the user is consenting to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy set forth in this statement.
