Crewline believes in the importance of privacy of individuals’ information. This statement sets forth the policy Crewline intends to withhold to honor users’ personal information on Crewline. “Personal information” in this policy refers to any piece of personal information that identify a user as an individual.
Crewline will not collect, use, or disclose your personal information without your consent. By accessing and using Crewline, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
What personal information we collect.
When users access Crewline for the first time, the initial account creation uses the users’ phone number for verification purposes. User’s phone number is then stored in Crewline’s cloud database with their unique user identifier number associated with their account created.
Once verified via phone number, user’s must sign-in to their Flica account using their associated Flica username and password provided by their employer. The user’s Flica username and password are NOT stored in Crewline’s cloud database, only on the user’s phone. Crewline then downloads the user’s schedule and simultaneously, locates the user’s company and title based on their schedule information, as well as the user’s name & employee ID. This information (title, name and employee ID) is stored in Crewline’s cloud database and is also displayed on their public profile for other Crewline users to view, only if they’re working together on a scheduled trip. This personal information may not be adjusted by the user.
Once in Crewline, user’s can view their personal information under the “Profile” tab. User’s may not edit their name, employee ID and title, as it is directly retrieved from Flica. User’s phone number is automatically displayed for public view under the “Optional Info” section. Other users will only see this information if they are scheduled to work together. To change the visibility of the user phone number (or any of the optional information under this section), user’s can select or deselect the “eye” visibility icon to toggle the information on/off. Users have the option to add their current base, hire date, email address and a profile photo. This optional information will be stored in Crewline’s cloud database as well as the user’s phone. This optional information will be visible to other users that the user is scheduled to work with.
We will not disclose any personal information to any third party, unless (1) you have authorized us to do so; (2) we are legally required to do so, and/or, (3) it is necessary to protect our property rights related to Crewline. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via email since we have no way of protecting that information until it reaches us since email does not have the security features that are built into our mobile application.
We also limit user’s personal information accessibility from Crewline employees. Only Crewline employees with the reason to access this information will be provided the necessary information for support purposes. All employees are enlightening on the importance of user’s private information confidentiality.
Precautions users can take to ensure their personal information is even more safe, is that we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email.
To add value for users, certain features of Crewline link users to other third-party websites. Crewline does not control and is not responsible for practices of third-party websites.
Any user personal information that is stored in Crewline’s cloud database will remain in the the cloud database even if the user is not actively using Crewline. To have this information removed entirely from the database, please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org.

Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using Crewline, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using Crewline, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service/application will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please discontinue use of/or uninstall this service/application, “Crewline”.
Crewline is a third-party app and is offered for informational purposes only and shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via mobile application, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. Users are ultimately responsible for relying on their original schedule that is provided directly from their employed company, not Crewline. Any submissions by the user through Crewline to other sites (ie Flica.net) shall be at the risk of the user. Crewline is not responsible for the reliability of accuracy of any such submissions. Crewline can not guarantee that the mobile application will operate and be available without interference. Please verify submissions are accurate via your company’s main source of scheduling and/or schedule adjustment service.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current payment period. Your iTunes/Google Play account will be automatically charged at the same price for renewal within the 24-hour period prior to the end of the current payment period unless you change your subscription preferences on the Settings tab, under “subscriptions”. If there are any changes to the prices, iTunes/Google Play will send an email to the email address on file. At that point, the user may opt out if they do not wish to continue with the service.
Users can manage subscriptions through your Account Settings after purchase. To do this in iTunes, go to Account Settings in the iPhone’s settings then click iTunes & App Store and select your Apple ID.
Crewline may decide to offer a free trial to users. This free trial offer may be rescinded at any time.
Users are required to input their billing information with free trials. To discontinue subscription, see “Subscriptions” clause above.
Termination of user account.
We may terminate your access to Crewline, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination.
Changes in policy.
Crewline reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of Crewline will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our terms and conditions, the changes can be found on our website. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
Use of Crewline signifies that users agree not to access, monitor, or copy any content/information within the mobile application using any robot, scraper, or any other automated or manual processes.
Opentime & Tradeboard.
Opentime/Tradeboard submissions are not guaranteed by Crewline. Crewline does not take responsibility of any denials, approvals, or any errors within use of Crewline to facilitate Opentime/Tradeboard requests. Users must refer directly to their associated official scheduling accounts to ensure accuracy or submissions from Crewline.
Although we strive to bring users the most up-to-date information regarding flight status, the flight information provided within Crewline is not guaranteed to be accurate.
