By accessing and using Crewline, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using Crewline, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service/application will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please discontinue use of or uninstall Crewline.

Accuracy Warning

 

Crewline is a third-party app and is offered for informational purposes only. Crewline shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the mobile application.

 

Users are ultimately responsible for relying on their official schedule provided directly by their employer. Any submissions made through Crewline (including but not limited to Flica.net) are done at the user’s own risk.

 

Crewline does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application. Users must verify all submissions and schedule changes through their company’s official systems.

Crewline Messages

 

Crewline Messages is an internal communication feature that allows users to send and receive messages with other Crewline users.

 

By using Crewline Messages, you agree to the following:

 

User Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for any content you send, receive, or share through Crewline Messages.

 

Appropriate Use:

You agree not to use Crewline Messages to:

    •    Harass, abuse, or harm other users

    •    Share false, misleading, or confidential company information

    •    Transmit unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content

    •    Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity

 

Visibility & Access:

Messages may only be accessible to intended participants (e.g., users on the same trip or conversation group). However, Crewline does not guarantee complete privacy of messages.

 

Monitoring & Enforcement:

Crewline reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review, monitor, or remove message content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

 

Data Storage:

Messages may be stored in Crewline’s cloud infrastructure to enable delivery, synchronization, and feature functionality. While Crewline takes reasonable measures to protect this data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

No Guarantee of Delivery:

Crewline does not guarantee that messages will be delivered, received, or stored without delay or error.

Subscriptions

 

Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current payment period.

 

Your Apple App Store or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period unless canceled.

 

Users can manage subscriptions through their account settings on their device.

Free Trials

 

Crewline may offer free trials at its discretion. Free trials may be modified or discontinued at any time.

 

Users may be required to provide billing information to begin a free trial.

Termination of User Account

 

Crewline reserves the right to terminate your access to the application without notice, which may result in the deletion of your account and associated data.

 

Any provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

    •    Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the application

    •    Use Crewline in any unlawful manner

Opentime & Tradeboard

 

Opentime and Tradeboard submissions are not guaranteed.

 

Crewline is not responsible for:

    •    Denials or approvals

    •    Submission errors

    •    Scheduling conflicts

 

Users must verify all actions through their official company systems.

Flight information provided within Crewline is not guaranteed to be accurate. It is provided for convenience only.

Trip Worth

 

Trip Worth is an estimate based on user-provided inputs such as pay rate and per diem. It should not be used for official or financial decision-making.

 

Crewline shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of this information.

Flight Loads

 

Flight loads are retrieved using credentials entered by the user.

    •    Credentials are not stored in Crewline’s cloud

    •    Credentials are stored only on the user’s device

    •    Flight load data is not stored and must be retrieved each time

 

Crewline is not responsible for the accuracy of this information.

 

 

Privacy Policy (Crewline)

 

Crewline believes in the importance of privacy of individuals’ information. This statement sets forth the policy Crewline intends to uphold to honor users’ personal information. “Personal information” in this policy refers to any piece of information that identifies a user as an individual.

 

Crewline will not collect, use, or disclose your personal information without your consent, except as described in this policy. By accessing and using Crewline, you accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

What personal information we collect

 

When users access Crewline for the first time, account creation requires the user’s phone number for verification purposes. The phone number is stored in Crewline’s cloud database and associated with a unique user identifier.

 

After verification, users must sign in to their Flica account using credentials provided by their employer. The user’s Flica username and password are NOT stored in Crewline’s cloud database and remain only on the user’s device.

 

Crewline retrieves schedule data, including the user’s name, employee ID, company, and title. This information is stored in Crewline’s cloud database and may be displayed on the user’s profile to other Crewline users only when they are scheduled to work together. This information cannot be modified by the user.

Profile & Optional Information

 

Users may view their personal information under the “Profile” tab.

    •    Name, employee ID, and title cannot be edited, as they are retrieved directly from Flica

    •    Phone number may be displayed publicly under the “Optional Info” section

    •    Users can toggle visibility of optional information using the visibility (“eye”) icon

 

Users may optionally add:

    •    Base

    •    Hire date

    •    Email address

    •    Profile photo

 

Optional information is stored in Crewline’s cloud database and may be visible to users scheduled to work together.

Crewline Messages Data

 

Crewline Messages allows users to communicate with other Crewline users.

 

To provide this functionality, Crewline may collect and store:

    •    Message content

    •    Timestamps

    •    Participant information (sender and recipients)

 

This data is stored in Crewline’s cloud infrastructure to enable message delivery, synchronization, and app functionality.

 

Crewline does not guarantee the security of messages and cannot ensure complete privacy. Users should avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information through Crewline Messages.

 

Crewline does not sell or share message data with third parties, except:

    1.    When required by law

    2.    When necessary to protect Crewline’s rights or users’ safety
